Reservations: 

You can book directly from our website or email our travel specialists. Please check that you send us your correct contact information. We may need your passport information for some tours.

Deposits: 

To confirm your reservation we request a deposit; the percentage of the deposit may change according to the tour chosen. We cannot guarantee a place on a tour without receiving a deposit. You can use our secure credit card form to safely send your credit card details. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm all details of your itinerary by email. The balance due can be paid at any time prior to arrival – or if you will be in Cappadocia during your travels,  you can pay the remaining sum due at our office in Ürgüp.

Payment:

In our office we accept all major currencies for cash payments, as well as Visa and MasterCard. Online payment is with Visa or MasterCard.

Currency:  

Price are in Euros. If you want to pay with Turkish Lira, USD, Pound Sterling or Japanese Yen, we will use the current exchange rate.
 

Cancellation Policy

  • For package tours and flight tickets, penalty fees will apply. These are charges imposed on us by third parties and will be passed on to you.

  • All other reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the service, your deposit will be forfeited.

Customer Responsibility

  • You are required to follow the itinerary provided to you.

  • You must be ready at the designated pick-up time and location.

  • You are responsible for any costs arising from missed flights, airport transfers, or tours due to delays or failure to follow the itinerary.
