|  Hot Air Balloon Flights |  Cappadocia is known around the world as one of the best places take a hot air balloon flight. The spectacular surrealistic landscapes combined with excellent flying conditions allow the balloon to gently drift over and between fairy chimneys, pigeon houses hewn into the unique rock formations, orchards and vineyards – through impressive valleys, each with distinctive rock formations, colors and features – and then float up over rippled ravines for breathtaking views over the region.
The Standard balloon flight is a 1-hour flight including transfers from/to hotel, a light breakfast, champagne celebration, insurance and flight certificate. The Deluxe flight is a minimum 1,5 hour flight in smaller baskets, usually between 6 and 10 people. Ask us for more details. |

Our VIP balloon is different from the other passenger balloons flying in Cappadocia. The basket has room for the pilot and just two passengers in the basket, so your flight is a very personal experience which can be tailored just for you and your loved one.
The VIP flight offers all services VIP, like private transfer from your hotel to the launch site, special drinks and refreshments on the launch site whilst the balloon is being inflated, a gentle balloon flight for two people, champagne and refreshments after landing, then transfer from the landing site back to your hotel in your personal transport. | Turkish Night Show Cappadocia |  Turkey, the cradle of civilization, a thriving center of trade settled and conquered by hundreds of peoples over several millennia, has developed an extremely rich and varied culture, as well as a refined gastronomy. Join us for a dinner show presenting the best of traditional Turkish music and dance, including whirling dervishes, a typical wedding dance, sword throwing, and of course, belly dancing!
During the Turkish night show the waiters will serve unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks with meze. The main course will be lamb with rice, the traditional wedding meal of Turkey. Akresa Travel will pick you from your hotel and drive you to the cave restaurant where the show is held. After the show we will drive you back to your hotel.

| Whirling Dervishes Ceremony |  Semâ (Whirling dervishes ceremony), is the inspiration of Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi (1207 - 1273) as well as part of the Turkish culture, belief and history. It symbolizes the different meanings of a mystic cycle to perfection (Ascension - Mirac). The Semâ ceremony represents all a mystical journey of man's spiritual ascent through love, finding the truth and arriving to the "Perfect". Then he returns from this spiritual journey as a man who reached maturity and a greater perfection, so as to love and to be of service to the whole creation, to all creatures without discriminating in regard to belief, class, or race. Whirling Dervishes ceremonies are performed in a 13th century caravanserai, Sarihan, near Avanos, every night.
Whirling Dervishes ceremonies start at 9:00 pm in winter and 9:30 pm in summer everynight. The whole ceremony takes around one hour and we offer 'Serbet', a religious drink, after the ceremony. Akresa Travel Turkey picks you up from your hotel in Cappadocia half an hour earlier, which will give you enough time to see the parts of the caravanserai prior to ceremony. |
